Superstitions

After the development of new technologies the relationship between people have change in a ridiculous way. People now live without any goal or believes, money, work, consumerism have become the source for living to a lot of people.

But what I find amazing is how even countries with a big development technologies in their culture they still have a lot of superstitious that in a way make people separate from all kind of technologies and put their fates in something else.

How people make wishes is a great example of this. People make wishes when they blow the candles of their birthday cake, they trow a coin inside a fountain or pozo, even when they see a shooting star. Everybody make wishes and their not direct to any god is just something that it became a tradition a make people believe in something that not necessary have to be related to any religious.

There are plenty of superstitions that people believes that I find amazing how they put their trust in this revolutionary world of technologies where a person who don’t know what is binary numbers is considered to be an ignorant.

 

Concept + Narrative

Design can be define as all the things that we see, all the things that are around us. But what make differs a good good design from a bad is what is behind of it. All design tell a story, sometimes is very clear and sometimes can work in an unconsciousness level. But the question is, Where the story begins?, How is created?. All design start from a concept. A concept is that word, phrase, quote, question that we based on to create something.

Create a story based in a concept is one of the thing that more amuse me. Developed a concept in an animation where design it’s what keep the audience in track with the storytelling. Elements related to the original concept tries to explain in a smart way the purpose of the story.
